Return Policy
Prior authorization is required for all returns. If you wish to return an item, you must first Contact Contact Customer and receive a Return Authorization. All requests for a Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the item. No Return Authorization will be given by us other than in the three cases listed below, nor after 30 days from delivery to the customer. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted by us, and no refund or replacement will be made. Music tracks and other items purchased by download from our website, and any special or custom orders, are not ever returnable. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment by the customer.
1. In the event of damage or loss during shipment, the customer will return any damaged item and all its original packaging to their local carrier or will have the item picked up under a pre-paid "call tag" issued by us. The customer will cooperate in the filing of a claim under the shipping insurance. When we are notified that the item was received from the customer or that a claim for a lost item has been accepted, we will, at the customer's choice, either ship a replacement item (provided that we have such in stock) at no cost to the customer, or issue a full refund (including the original shipping charges paid by the customer).
2. In the event that the wrong item or a defective item is shipped by us, the customer will securely re-package the item and will have the item picked up under a pre-paid "call tag" issued by us. When we receive the item from the customer and confirm the problem, we will, at the customer's choice, either ship a replacement item (provided that we have such in stock) at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund (including the original shipping charges paid by the customer).
3. A customer may choose to return an item if the item and all its original retail packaging, including shrink-wrap and security seals, are undamaged. In this case, the return shipping shall be paid by the customer. After our receipt of the undamaged returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding the original shipping charges paid by the customer).
Warranty Policy
The only warranty or guaranty offered by us is the right to return items, subject to various limitations, as shown above. We make no other warranty or guaranty - including, but not limited to, no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific use. We disclaim any and all liabilities, beyond the offers of refund or replacement as outlined above, including, but not limited to, any claim of liability for incidental or consequential damages and/or any claim arising from any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights.
